At Seren Athletics, precision, speed, and timing are everything. We process and dispatch every order with high-performance care so your gear arrives ready for the court.

Match Prep & In-House Craft

To protect our technical material integrity and body-sculpting specs, match prep depends on item type:

• In-Stock Court Essentials & Headwear: Prepped and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

• Hand-Sewn & Made-to-Order Silhouettes: Specialized pieces (including individually printed, cut, and hand-sewn garments) are crafted in-house and dispatched within 3-5 business days.

Note: Processing windows do not include weekends or official holidays. You will receive a dispatch confirmation with live tracking as soon as your order clears fulfillment.

Tour Schedule & Dispatch Rates

To ensure optimal speed, reduced transit friction, and lower carbon miles, most international orders are served directly from our European facility in Latvia, while U.S. orders are served from our primary domestic hub.

*Transit windows begin on the date of dispatch, not the order placement date.

Tracking Your Order

The moment your order leaves our court, an automated confirmation email containing your tracking number and live delivery portal link will be sent to your primary email address.

If you are a Club Seren member, log in anytime to view real-time movement and dispatch status.

Delivery Issues & Address Corrections

• Address Adjustments: Need to recalibrate your delivery address? Contact us immediately at orders@serenathletics.com. Coordinates can only be updated prior to final dispatch.

• Out-of-Bounds & Delayed Deliveries: Seren Athletics is not liable for carrier delays resulting from weather, customs holds, or incorrect address entries during checkout. However, if tracking shows “Delivered” but your gear hasn’t landed, contact our team at claims@serenathletics.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can open a carrier dispute.
